Training

Our external income generating training programme has come to an end as of 31 October 2008.

Unfortunately, we were not able to generate the amount of funds we required to continue to deliver the courses for our members. We will continue to deliver training courses for you through our existing contracts and forums - Self Help, Volunteer Co-ordinator and Health and Social Care Forums.

At present, the current funding environment does not lend itself to supporting the sort of courses we feel groups need. It is highly likely that this will change again in the future, and Community Action Derby will keep a close eye on funding streams as we understand how important it is to offer learning opportunities for you and your volunteers.
