Training

Community Action will be conducting a Training Needs Analysis over the coming 6 weeks to ascertain what groups in the city need.  We understand that the needs of groups is very diverse and whilst some will require high level training other will only just be starting out.

Topics are also diverse and cover volunteer management; HR and employment, how to fundraise, money and accounting, business planning, procurement, legal and governance plus many more. 

We will also be looking at providing training from external agencies to cover specialist topics.

In the meantime we will post current opportunities from other training providers whilst we formulate our training plan for the year ahead.
