Littleover Valley Tennis Club: Walking Tennis
Littleover Valley Tennis Club's walking tennis group.
Walking tennis is great for people with reduced mobility or older beginners. It is like normal tennis but the softer tennis ball can bounce twice and players must always have one foot on the ground. The carpet courts also make it easy on the joints.
Rackets and balls are provided but participants are advised to bring their own. The sessions are open to everyone.
