Social Prescribing Coffee Morning - City Centre

First Wednesday of every month, 10:30am - 12pm

Better Together Cafe, Council House, Corporation Street, Derby DE1 2FS

Social prescribing is a person centred approach focusing on what matters to you. We can support with signposting and accessing organisations and services that could benefit your
current situation. This could include (but is not limited to):

  • Loneliness and isolation
  • Mental health
  • Community services
  • Benefits
  • Debt management
  • Volunteering
  • Housing.

If you work with people who would benefit from meeting a Social Prescriber Link Worker (SPLW) then you can introduce them at these regular events. The events could also help you build good relationships with the SPLW and perhaps offer a taster in the space or a chance to speak with people about what you offer, if appropriate and people are interested in what you deliver in the community.

For more information, please email Social Prescriber Link Worker Rachel Connolly on 07488 959 053 or email rachel.connolly@communityactionderby.org.uk
