Did you know that there are over 5000 voluntary and community groups in Derby City and Derbyshire?  For the first time all of these groups are available in one place -www.communitydirectoryderbyshire.org.uk

Community Action Derby is a registered charity providing support and guidance for voluntary and community groups. We run training courses to help you learn new skills and have lots of resources to help you gather all the information you need to run your voluntary or community group effectively.

We also find out what is going on in your community and try to ensure that your community's needs and issues are taken into account when decisions are made by statutory bodies, such as Derby City Council.

Our website gives information about the services we offer, details of our current projects, how we can help your organisation and updates on the latest news and developments that impact upon the local voluntary sector.
