Digital Inclusion Support Available Every Thursday at Derby Post Office

Central Education & Training is providing face-to-face digital inclusion support at Derby Post Office every Thursday, helping local people build their confidence and skills when using computers, smartphones and other digital devices.

The sessions are designed to support people with a range of everyday digital needs, including:

  • Using the internet safely
  • Accessing essential services online
  • Understanding and using digital devices and computers
  • Using everyday AI tools
  • Developing general digital skills and confidence

Support is available every Thursday between 10am and 4.30pm at Derby Post Office, Babington Ln, Derby DE1 1SD.

People who would like support can simply visit the Post Office on a Thursday and ask for Ahshe, the tutor. No specialist digital knowledge is required, and the sessions are intended to provide friendly, practical, face-to-face help.
