We're looking forward to welcoming everyone to the Funding, Support and Enterprise Fair this Thursday (30 May) at the University of Derby. There will be 35 stands of funders, local businesses and support organisations, all on hand to offer advice and guidance to voluntary and community organisations. Come along, say hello, network with other organisations and leave with lots of information!
Click here for a list of standholders. There will also be three half-hour information sessions delivered by funders to help guide you through applying for funding. No need to book - just come along between 10am and 12:30pm on Thursday.
We're delighted to be working in partnership with the University of Derby, for the third year running, to bring you our annual Funding, Support and Enterprise Fair.
The event gives voluntary and community organisations the opportunity to find out about funding and get advice and support from local businesses not to mention a great opportunity to network! Once again the fair will be held at the University of Derby in Kedleston Road on Thursday 30 May from 10am to 12:30pm.
There will be a great mix of funders, local businesses and statutory agencies on hand to offer advice, support and discounts on their services including:
Heritage Lottery Fund, Foundation Derbyshire, Prince's Trust, East Midlands Airport Community Fund, The Good Things Foundation, Big Lottery, Funding Support, Active Partners Trust, HealthWatch Derby, Funding Support Public Health, Charity Bank, Geldards Solicitors, HMRC and University of Derby Careers Team.
The University of Derby will also be on hand to offer advice on careers and employability - why not come along and find out more?
There will also be three half-hour information sessions to give you tips on applying for different funding pots:
Heritage Lottery Fund – 10.30am to 11.00am
HMRC – 11.15am to 11.45am
Funding Support – 12 noon to 12.30pm
You will be able to sign up for the sessions on arrival at the University.
