Being Neurodivergent (Autistic, ADHD, Dyslexic, Dyspraxic, etc) Training

Tuesday 4 November, 10am - 4pm

Community Action Derby, 30 Charnwood Street, Derby DE12GU

Join us for a friendly and informative journey to explore neurodivergence, what it is, and why we all need to know about it!

From a lived experience, peer perspective and social model of disability, we will explore common characteristics and unique experiences of neurodivergent individuals.

We aim to provide you with a refreshing and positive learning experience whilst supporting you to adapt your own working practice to become more neuroinclusive.

Booking information

Booking is essential. As places are limited, we kindly ask each organisation to book one ticket only to ensure fair access for all. Please share your learning with your colleagues afterwards.

Our free training programme is primarily aimed at new and developing groups, but sessions are open to anyone in Derby City working or volunteering with a VCSE (Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise) organisation.
