What Gong Space offers

Wellbeing and Health Programmes:

• Yoga & Pilates – inclusive classes for all abilities, with specialised sessions for pregnancy, post-natal recovery, and mum-and-baby bonding.
• Sound Therapy & Healing – soothing sessions using gentle sounds, gongs and tonal instruments.
