The Women’s Wellness Event at Derby Arena
The Women’s Wellness Event at Derby Arena will feature expert talks on a range of women's health topics, female specific exercise classes and track cycling sessions led by experienced female coaches. Visitors can enjoy interactive Q&A panels, explore local charity stalls and refuel in the café with healthy options including yoghurt bowls and protein shakes.
Families are welcome, with a bouncy castle and soft play area for children, alongside a stage hosting live sessions and plenty of seating throughout the venue.
