Ashenda Women's Festival

The women-only gathering has been organised to provide a welcoming and inclusive space where attendees can celebrate their shared heritage, meet new people, and build friendships, with a particular focus on supporting women and families who are new to the city.

The organisers have emphasised that the event is non-political and non-religious, and is intended to create a safe, welcoming environment for women to come together, celebrate their cultures, and strengthen community ties.

Attendance is free, but places are limited to 100 participants. Anyone wishing to attend must register in advance by contacting the organisers via WhatsApp to be added to the guest list. A QR code is available to join the event's WhatsApp community and access further information.
