Community Engagement Specialist - Derbyshire Maternity and Neonatal Voices
Do you want to help shape maternity and neonatal services by amplifying local voices and driving real change?
Derbyshire Maternity and Neonatal Voices (DMNV) is looking for an energetic, community-minded person to join their team.
In this role, you’ll:
- Build relationships with individuals, groups, and communities across Derby City and Derbyshire
- Develop and lead maternity and neonatal health inequalities forums
- Champion under-represented voices
- Work collaboratively with local hospitals, community partners and the wider Local Maternity and Neonatal System
- Close the feedback loop by showing how community input drives real improvements
They're looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about community engagement and inclusion
- Has experience working with diverse communities
- Communicates clearly and works well both independently and in a team
- Is committed to equity, inclusion, and supporting volunteers
