Social Prescribing team visit Hannah Fields Community Garden

Some of our Social Prescribing team recently visited the Hannah Fields Community Garden in Littleover for the 'Friendly Face Space' (Fridays 1-3pm). They recommend it as a wonderful place to go if you like the outdoors, especially if you’re feeling a bit low or lonely (they have several little cabins, which are warm and dry, so you can view the outdoors from the comfort of these if you’d prefer!)
