New Code of Fundraising Practice is now published

The new Code of Fundraising Practice will come into effect on 1 November 2025 after a 6-month transition period.

The new Code has been developed over 2 years with input from across the sector. It is also 45% shorter and built on a principle-based framework that adapts to evolving laws, technologies and fundraising methods.

The NCVO is holding a webinar that will outline the new Code of Fundraising Practice and how it differs from the previous version.

It will also help you understand what you need to do to prepare for the new Code and provide an update on upcoming guidance from the Fundraising Regulator.
