DHIP Impact Report
We are delighted to share with you our first Impact Report for the Derby Health Inequalities Partnership (DHIP)!
DHIP is a co-led, joint initiative between Derby City Council (Public Health) and Community Action, working together with community organisations and leaders to help achieve better health outcomes in the city.
The report highlights and celebrates DHIP achievements and the work of community organisations and Community Connectors to improve health and wellbeing and tackle inequalities.
