Derby Health Inequalities Partnership Celebration Event & Impact Report 2024/25 Launch

On 23 September 2025, we held our first Derby Health Inequalities Partnership (DHIP) Community Celebration Event!

Last Tuesday evening, our Derby Health Inequalities Partnership (DHIP) team held the first DHIP Community Celebration Event!

DHIP is a co-led, joint initiative between Derby City Council (Public Health) and Community Action, working together with community organisations and leaders to help achieve better health outcomes in the city.

The event honoured the wonderful DHIP community connectors and launched the programme's Impact Report for 2024/25.

It was lovely to see all the connectors being presented with framed certificates in recognition of their amazing work, and to hear from several groups about the incredible impact their work has had on our communities.

Our latest DHIP Impact Report reflects the dedication, collaboration, and commitment of our community connectors, grassroots organisations, and strategic partners in tackling health inequalities across Derby. You can find it on the Reports page.

For more information about the event and to see a selection of photos, please visit our DHIP website!
