We’re excited to be working with University of Derby marketing students, who have taken over our brand new Good Neighbours social media channels to help shine a spotlight on the programme!

After a short hiatus, Good Neighbours Derby is back and seeking new volunteers to help support people in our community who are in need of help with simple tasks such as shopping, or who are experiencing loneliness or social isolation.

You can follow Good Neighbours here:

Please note:
At the moment, only people being supported by our Social Prescribing Team at Community Action Derby are eligible to receive help from the programme. We’re not currently accepting self-referrals or referrals from other organisations — but this may change once we have more volunteers on board.

If you’d like to help make a real difference in someone’s life, we’d love to hear from you!
