New Arrivals Alliance highlighted as good practice in parliament

The New Arrivals Alliance was mentioned as an example of best practice in parliament at a Home Affairs Committee on Asylum Accomodation, by the British Red Cross's UK Director for refugee support and restoring family links, Alex Fraser.

Alex Fraser said, 'Derby is an example of really good communication and people going that extra mile. It is a great initiative. It is the sort of initiative we need to build on to create a culture of good communication. This example is hopefully helpful to demonstrate the variety and differences of support that exist.'

Thank you to all the members of the Alliance for all your hard work and support!
