We are delighted to share with you our second Impact Report for the Derby Health Inequalities Partnership (DHIP)!

DHIP is a co-led, joint initiative between Derby City Council (Public Health) and Community Action, working together with community organisations and leaders to help achieve better health outcomes in the city.

Our latest DHIP Impact Report reflects the dedication, collaboration, and commitment of our community connectors, grassroots organisations, and strategic partners in tackling health inequalities across Derby.
