Our Quality Conversations sessions provide practical tools that anyone can use, with no clinical background required.

Core Skills
Learn enhanced listening and questioning techniques, health coaching approaches, and practical tips to personalise every interaction.

Having Better Mental Health Conversations
Grow confidence in starting conversations about mental health and responding safely and supportively when concerns arise.
This session helps you:
- Spot early signs someone may need support
- Feel equipped to respond with empathy
- Know what to say, and when to listen

Quality Conversations for Leaders
Built for managers, team leads, volunteer coordinators, and those supporting staff or volunteers.
