Changes to the Community Action Group Support Drop-in Sessions

From October 2025 our weekly Group Support Drop-in Sessions for local groups will take place on Wednesday afternoons.

From October 2025, our weekly Group Support Drop-in Sessions will take place on Wednesday afternoons between 12 noon – 2pm.

We can help with a range of things, including:

• Choosing the right structure for your group
• Understanding the legal requirements of running a charitable organisation
• Developing a constitution
• Registering as a charitable organisation
• Understanding the roles and responsibilities of committee/board members
• Finding and applying for funding.

Please note that we have limited free parking available in our car park, which is at the rear of the building and accessed via Melbourne Street. There is on-street (paid) parking available on Charnwood Street, The Avenue and Leopold Street and also a small NCP car park on the corner of The Avenue and Leopold Street.

No need to book, just drop in!
