Grand Opening of ID Derby’s New Creative Wellbeing Centre

ID Derby CIC, a provider of arts therapy and creative wellbeing services, is proud to announce the official opening of its new, remodelled centre.

The grand opening is free and open to all. It will feature an open house, with guided tours, live art demonstrations, and opportunities to meet the team and learn more about the therapy and creative wellbeing programmes on offer. Families, professionals, and members of the public are warmly invited to attend.

The centre will be opened by Baggy Shanker, marking an exciting new chapter in the company’s mission to support the mental health and emotional wellbeing of both adults and children through creativity and expression.

The new facility is designed to be a warm, inclusive, and inspiring space where individuals of all ages can explore arts therapy, creative workshops, and community wellbeing programmes. With dedicated therapy rooms, group spaces, and an open studio environment, the centre will host a wide range of services, including one-to-one arts therapy (Art, Drama,  Music, Dance/Movement) and family sessions, and group workshops focused on mental health, self-expression, and resilience.
