Do you work with homeless people? Derby Theatre are running workshops to help homeless people grow in confidence, express ideas, and expand their creativity in a friendly and supportive environment.
Derby Theatre are providing a series of theatre inspired workshops for homeless people that are fun, open, and friendly, in a safe, non-judgmental space where people can explore and develop their artistic skills. This is a wonderful opportunity for anyone that is homeless, has a lived experienced of homelessness or is continuing their recovery process.
Weekly sessions will include games, exercises and theatre visits that will give people an opportunity to find out more about themselves, act freely, build new skills and develop in a safe and enriching environment.
Free sessions are held every Monday from 12 to 2pm and refreshments are provided.
