Inspirative Arts has been successful in being awarded funding to offer a variety of remote services to anyone in need, this includes anyone who is a carer or in the cared for sector. Carers may be struggling with feelings of anxiety, stress, isolation, lack of time for self-care, difficult emotions, higher rates of burnout. Remote services offer opportunities for people to explore these issues, connect and relate, learn new coping strategies, develop resilience and engage in creative activities to boost mental health and wellbeing. The services will be delivered by arts psychotherapists registered with The Health Care and Professions Council and therapeutic wellbeing specialists.
The remote services offered are FREE and include:
- Online video therapy sessions
- Online wellbeing video sessions
- Telephone Sessions
- Online Therapeutic Programmes
We can also send out creative resources and activity packs for wellbeing via post or email. Further provision with online groups with coffee and group chats can be offered as support with feelings of isolation, stress, anxiety, fatigue and many others during this challenging time. This may also help with the transition from alternative provision to face to face contact, with services such as the carers cafe and well-being groups.
If you are interested in accessing one of these services or finding out more email Amy Jablonska.
