Support from the Derby Community Hub

The Community Hub has been in operation since the start of the Pandemic, taking phone calls and emails from residents of Derby who need support or signposting for support. The Hub can assist anyone in the community who is vulnerable, self-isolating, or needs support. We prioritise those with no family, friends or neighbours who can help them.

We wanted to remind you of just some of the ways it can help. Those who need support can call Derby Direct on 01332 640000, option 5. Text service for the deaf community: 0777 4333412.

Food parcels

If you, or anyone you know in Derby, are in need of a food parcel please call the Community Hub on 01332 640000, option 5. Your request will then be put through to The Derby Food 4 Thought Alliance (DF4TA), who will then explore suitable options for you, which could include a food parcel. For more information on DF4TA:
