Perinatal Support Surveys

Decorative

Have you or a partner given birth, or been pregnant within the past two years?

Do you provide support for individuals and families throughout the perinatal period?

Connected Perinatal Support is a not-for-profit organisation providing local families with support through pregnancy and early parenthood. They are currently running several surveys and would love to hear from service providers, service users / partners / families, and dads & non-birthing parents. Please see below for more information.

Perinatal Mental Health Project Surveys

The findings from these surveys will contribute to a final report, led by lived experiences, and the community and services of Derby, that will highlight the successes and barriers that may currently exist within Derby's perinatal mental health services.

Service Providers Survey - As part of the Perinatal Mental Health Project, this survey aims to explore your views and experiences, from a service provider perspective, of the support offered by your service to service users.

Service Users / Partners / Family Survey - As part of the Perinatal Mental Health Project, this survey aims to explore your personal experiences of perinatal mental health services in Derby.

Dads and Non-birthing Parents Survey

Dads and Non-birthing Parents Survey - Connected Perinatal Support have recently been commissioned by Family Hubs Derby to develop a stronger offer of support for dads & non-birthing parents across Derby. To help them get this right, they would love to hear your experiences, thoughts and feedback.
