Community Talks Event #2 - Community Safety

 

Monday 29 November, 9.30am-1pm, Pride Park Stadium DE24 8XL

Come along and have your say by speaking with professionals and community individuals on various Community Safety themes. Hear from guest speakers, including:

  • the Chief Constable of Derbyshire, Rachel Swann
  • Stuart Lawrence, brother of Stephen Lawrence, who will also lead on some of the sessions throughout the event

The theme is Community Safety.

You will hear from professionals as they present an overview of their specific theme. However, the main purpose of these Community Talks is to hear from our communities.

Attendees will have the opportunity to join up to three different round tables to hear from professionals and to share their views on specific themes. The round table themes are:

  • Violence against women and girls
  • Knife Crime
  • Stop & Search
  • PREVENT
  • CYP & Exploitation
  • Stop Hate UK
