Community Respect Award

Derby City Council is inviting voluntary and community organisations in the city to apply for the Community Respect Award.

This is a great opportunity to take part in a relatively straightforward initiative that will provide your organisation with a reflective opportunity to benchmark yourselves against the national drive to improve dignity in community organisations.  It is simple to complete, but once achieved is a credit acknowledgement of your commitment to your community.  Derby City Council can provide help to your organisation to complete the process should you need it.

DCC will be presenting certificates to successful groups during National Safeguarding Week on Thursday 21 November at St Martins Church and Community Centre.  So don’t miss out - join the many others who have achieved this standard and submit your application before Friday 1 November.

For more information or help with the application email Helen Faulconbridge or call 01332  888693.
