The Derby Recovery Grant Fund (DRGF) provides grants of £2,000 - £6,000 for Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) groups to help boost community capacity and services in Derby City post Covid and help support Covid Recovery.
Non-profit groups with an annual income of less than £500,000 - including unincorporated associations, constituted voluntary groups, registered charities, CIOs, social enterprises including companies limited by guarantee and CICs and community benefit societies - are eligible to apply. Priority will be given to smaller organisations. If a group is awarded funding, they will not be eligible to reapply.
Groups must be able to fund 50% of the total project costs through monetary or in kind contributions.
Projects should fall into least one of the following themes:
- Marginalised groups
- Health and wellbeing
- Education/ Employment
- Community Voice
- Children and Young People
- Elderly People
DRGF will fund project costs from £2,000 - £6,000. The funding will provide 50% of the total project costs, with VCSE groups providing the remaining 50% through monetary or in kind contributions. Funding will need to be spent by 31st March 2022.
Applications for funding will open on 4th October 2021 and will close on Friday 4th February 2022. Applications will be considered monthly by the DRGF Grant Panel. Click here for an application form.
