Spectrum Heads is hosting a neurodivergent Women's Group called the Women's Living Room, funded by Foundation Derbyshire.

This relaxed, neuro-affirming group is for you if you are self diagnosed/recognising, on a recognition/diagnostic journey towards neurodivergence, or have been through formal assessment. All experiences are valid and they have created this space to offer understanding, solidarity and peace.The Living Room peer leaders are adult neurodivergent women age 18+.

The optional guided therapeutic art activities will be led by their resident disabled neurodivergent artist Lydia Leaf.

A range of drinks and snacks are available alongside sensory activities and courtesy of Spectrumheads.

Free car park at the front of the building and bus stop directly outside. Fully accessible venue with disabled toilet.
