The Neurological Disorder Wellbeing and Mobility Social is hosted by Derby County Community Trust (DCCT), at Nunsfield House in Alvaston and supported by Community Action's Social Prescribing team.
The Social provides individuals with neurological conditions with an opportunity to connect with others, encourage physical activity (tailored to any physical limitations of the attendees), and direct access to social prescribing input.
