Inspire Fitness Academy is delivering free fitness sessions starting Monday 7 April, until Monday 30 June 2025.
- Junior sessions (ages 4+) start at 5:30pm - 6:30pm.
- Adult sessions are from 6:30pm - 7:45pm.
- Women's only sessions start at 7:45pm - 8:30pm.
All sessions take place on Monday and Wednesday afternoons. Join at any time by signing yourself or your child up by calling the number below.
