Joined Up Care Derbyshire is starting Health Literacy Awareness training to help individuals who struggle to understand everyday health information.
During this training, you will learn:
- What health literacy is and why it is important.
- What it might mean to have low levels of health literacy.
- What other teams have done in practice and what you could do.
- Where to find more information on health literacy.
