Minute Taking Training Session - Basic Level

Do you find that you are not sure as to the procedure involved in taking minutes and that you take too many notes at meetings? This course will help you gain knowledge of how to write a set of minutes and the process afterwards for sending the minutes out to the other group members.

By the end of this session, learners will be able to:

  • Identify the role of minute-taker
  • Plan and prepare for a meeting
  • Complete a set of minutes
  • Understand the procedure after a meeting
