First Steps Derbyshire exists to raise awareness of eating disorders and to support anyone whose life is affected by any eating difficulty or disorder

Fairytale Yoga is moving from Wednesdays to Mondays 7:30 to 8:15 pm from week beginning 30 January.

Fairytale Yoga is a fun type of yoga involving the use of stories along wth traditional yoga moves - go along and give it a go, it will make you smilel!
