Health Check

We have designed a health check to support your organisation to identify any areas that you may need to develop.  It gives you the opportunity to see how well you are doing and what gaps you may have.  We can then advise and support you to fill these gaps. 

The health check covers the following areas:

• Running your organisation
• Policies and procedures
• Funding/fundraising
• Monitoring and evaluation
• Working in partnership
• Staff
• Volunteers

It's easy to fill in online.  Just click on healthcheck and work through each section answering either yes or no.  If you want to write anything in the comments box that's fine. 

Once you've completed the form email back to Saima Ayaz . We will then contact you to make an appointment to discuss the best way forward for your organisation.
