Our aim is to build the capacity of Voluntary and Community groups to enable them to be more effective.  We work directly with groups providing advice and support on:

Starting a Group

Developing a Constitution

Governance

Funding applications

Managing volunteers

Managing Staff

Business Planning

Policies and Procedures

Financial Systems

Accessing Support

Our service hours to meet with the team are Mondays, Wednesdays 

and Thursday between 10:00 am and 4:30 pm at Community Action, 4 Charnwood Street, Derby, DE1 2GT.  Telephone number 01332 342272.
