This is what people say about our training:

Learners say:

"I wanted to ensure our volunteer programme is robust and formalised. I wanted to gain a good understanding of our own in house programme and get a better grasp of the strategic volunteering. So far I am enjoying the theory, and have found the legal section very useful" Dawn Mason - Derby City Libraries

"I believe my role will grow and more volunteers will be taken on therefore I wanted to gain some learning to help with my role. So far things are coming together and I have learnt enough to set up systems in the office and I am looking forward to increasing my knowledge and adapting this in my work" Lisa Hallsworth - Derbyshire Carers

Employers say:

"Dawn has made a good start with the course and her expertise and knowledge are already contributing to volunteering development in Derby City Libraries" Fran Renwick - Derby City Libraries

"Lisa's work on her course is excellent in my opinion. This work will benefit both Lisa in her role and Derby Homes in the future." Jim Joyce - Derby Homes
