Representing your views aims to help you understand the work of the Derby City Partnership. There are three steps to get involved:
1. Sign up your group to receive regular updates.
2. Find a network or forum to discuss your issues.
3. Learn more about DCP.
What is DCP?
Derby City Partnership (DCP) is an alliance of organisations from the public, private, voluntary and community sectors, working together to improve life in Derby.
Sustainable Community Strategy
Derby's 2020 Vision - the Sustainable Community Strategy is the overarching plan for Derby. It sets the strategic vision for Derby, establishing long term vision and short term goals. Derby City Partnership is currently reviewing its Sustainable Community Strategy and the long-term vision.

'Derby will be a place where people of all ages and from all walks of life will feel they belong to Derby and that Derby offers them everything they need - for work, education, housing, leisure and a safe and healthy lifestyle'
DCP Board
DCP Board works at the centre of the partnership, maintaining the vision and providing the strategic overview. It meets 4 times a year and it has four places available for the Voluntary and Community Sector representatives, through the Leadership Group.

DCP Management Group
The DCP Management Group is the executive to the DCP Board, it is responsible for managing the performance of DCP, resourcing and co-ordinating workloads, including the development of strategies, cross-cutting work and management of overlaps and gaps. The Group meets every six weeks and has a minimum of two places for Voluntary and Community Sector representatives, through the Leadership Group.
