DCC Cuts 'lawful'

02 March 2016

Derby City Council's cuts to voluntary sector funding were 'called in' - challenged - last night at a meeting at the Council House. The two hour meeting resulted in a decision that the cuts totalling £747,595 were 'lawful'. The decision will have a significant impact on many Derby voluntary and community organisations and will leave Derby without a Citizens Advice Bureau - if you would like to sign a petition to try and save Derby's CAB click here.
