MICK COOK
Born 21-11-1964

Born and lived in Skegness until the age of 18 years old.

Taught ice skating and roller skating in his teens, Also, Played roller hockey. Moved to Derby where he got involved with Football and Karate. After trying different types of Karate, found Wado-ryu to suit him and started training in 1996 to 2002.

Reached Black belt 1st Dan under Trevor Seddon 3rd Dan and Barry Tatlow 7th Dan- English Karate governing body ( EKGB).

Then came the Football, which is strange as he didnt have the time for the sport as a child.

But found himself getting involved as a parent because of his own children,then eventually taking his Level 1 in Coaching Football. Mick also runs a local boys football team in Sinfin.

Born 24-3-1967
Born and bred in Derby.

Currently working full-time in Nottingham. Also working part-time for Derby County,Sporting Futures and a steward at Derby County home match days.I run a local boys Football team in Sinfin.
