| Description | Activ8 provides supported housing to 16-25 year olds who would otherwise be homeless. There are 28 self-contained flats which can be let on 6 month tenancies. All young people are supported by a project worker who will assist and support on all aspects of independent living skills and assist the young person when they are ready to move to an independent property. |
