City Wide Research

Derby LINk would like to inform you about the launch of our new survey 'City Wide Research'.  This survey has been designed in order to measure people's perceptions of their Health and Social Care Services in Derby city.  The questions have been developed from 'Better Health, Better Care', the NHS East Midlands Strategic Plan 2009/10, focussing on five of their proposed promises:

  1. Quality of care;
  2. Patient experience;
  3. Improved health and reduced inequalities;
  4. More accessible services; and
  5. Real influence for patients and the public.

This survey was launched at the Speed Volunteering Event at The Spot on 3 June and an event was also held at Chaddesden Carnival on 6 June, and so far we have had nearly 100 responses.  This survey will be running until the end of September, with the assistance of RAM FM and the Thunder Crew.  If you would like to get involved with volunteering at events promoting our survey, please contact Mark Blaney.

Also, if you would like to complete this survey, please click on the link below, save the document and email it back.  All entries will be entered into a prize draw with the chance to win a £50 Westfield shopping voucher, so please remember to leave your preferred contact details at the end of the survey.
