Hire Our Training Rooms!

We are very pleased to let you know that our training/meeting rooms are once again available to hire!

We have four training rooms that can accommodate any number of people, from one to fifty in a variety of layouts. We offer greatly reduced rates for voluntary and community groups and a discount of 10% on block bookings over £500! The added bonus is that our competitive rates now include as much tea, coffee and water as you like, and use of flip charts and paper, multi-media projector, laptop, video and induction loop!

Prices are as follows :

Training room 1:

36 people seated round table

50 people seated in rows

£18 per hour (min 2 hours) - voluntary and community groups

£30 per hour (min 2 hours) - non-voluntary and community groups

Training Room 2 and Training Room 3:

10 people seated round table

£7.50 per hour (min 2 hours) - voluntary and community groups 

£12 per hour (min 2 hours) - non-voluntary and community groups

Training Room 2 and 3 combined:

18 people seated round table

30 people seated in rows

£12.50 per hour (min 2 hours) - voluntary and community groups

£20.00 per hour (mim 2 hours) non-voluntary and community groups

Training Room 4:

10 people round table

£6.00 per hour (min 2 hours) voluntary and community groups

£10.00 per hour (min 2 hours) non-voluntary and community groups 

All our facilities are fully accessible and we also have parking on-site for disabled people on a first-come first-served basis. Our offices at 4 Charnwood Street (DE1 2GT) are located a short walk away from the city centre and on a number of bus routes.
