Flexible New Deal

The Flexible New Deal (FND) is a new employment programme to which jobseekers will be referred for up to 52 weeks.  During that time, we will be advising, supporting and guiding unemployed people in their journey back to work. 

The prime contractors for Derbyshire are A4e and Remploy. We have agreed to work in partnership with A4e, and they will be referring jobseekers to Community Enterprise for a varied and tailored programme of activities and interventions designed to help them back to work.

We will be working with our network of employers and placement providers to offer valuable workplace experience and occupational skills, as well as moving jobseekers on FND into sustained employment.
