Disability Direct has two minibuses for hire at very reduced rates for voluntary and community groups. Both are wheelchair accessible - one can take upto five wheelchairs, the other two. Disa bility Direct are looking for donations of a minmumof £100 per day per minibus. Resolve Mediation is offering a FREE service during February and March to any Community Action members involved in a dispute. Mediation can take less than a day to reach an agreement that restores and improves personal, workplace or community relationships. Samaritans of Derby and District have a medium sized pull-down screen, and a white-board assembly that they would like to donate to an organisation in need. Email Derby Samaritans for more information.

Angel Train based at Pride Park has 600 carpet tiles FREE to a good home! The tiles measure 50 x 50 cm and are medium mottled blue in colour. If you would like the tiles please call Kathy on 01332 265901. They are keen to give them away before Christmas!

Derby Furniture Project has 5 car parking spaces available to rent. They are available Monday to Friday and are at the front of their building in John Street in Derby so you can come and go at any time. The cost is £2.50 per day. To enquire please contact 01332 291121.

Shared workshop space, Fleet Arts, Belper

Fleet Arts has workshop space (messy workshop, with water, 13 amp power and some ceramics equipment) that we would like to make better use of by sharing with artists - on a either long term or short term basis. There would have to be a share of costs, room hire and/or rental agreements.

We could do this in a number of ways and we know that people may want quite different things (including some we may not have thought of!).
